Brammo E-Motorcycles Gets 1st Dealership

Brammo, an electric motorcycle company from Ashland, Oregon, has announced that Scuderia West in San Francisco will be the first dealer to distribute its models in the United States.

We’ve covered Brammo a few times in the past, most recently interviewing a representative from the company late last year. Signing on Scuderia as a dealer gives Brammo an outlet that has a full service facility in one of the most electric vehicle friendly cities in America.

Brammo’s top-of-the-line bike is the Empulse 10.0, equipped with a 10 kWh lithium-ion battery and AC synchronous motor featuring 59 ft-lb torque. The motorcycle boasts a top speed of over 100 miles per hour and has a 100 mile range on full charge. The electric motorcycle retails for just under $14,000, but as Brammo notes there are special incentives available for new owners.
