One Super Cheesy Knick-Knack LED Light

It’s a night light! And a oddly knick-knacky sculpture thingie! With customizable wooden covers! All right, we’ll come right out and admit it–eco as this LED wonder may be as an alternative to the traditional night-light, we think the LIteItUp! tabletop night light is just too cheesy for words.

As is the nearly breathless press release on the product from Midwest Innovative Products: “For anyone with even the slightest bit of creativity and imagination, Midwest Innovative Products has created an original night light product that can best be described as a ‘user-customizable table top night light display.’ The possibilities are endless and the fun really begins when you start thinking about all the different things you can display with it.” Oh, such as, figurines, family pictures or collectibles (the release suggests die-cast model cars). You can even remove those four very strange light rods and place your favorite *cough cough* crystal sculpture right there on top of the LiteItUp cube.

In its commitment to “good old fashioned American quality,” Midwest Innovative Products starts with hand-crafted solid wood cubes integrated with 4 high intensity AC powered LED lights and adds acrylic optical light rods with hand polished ends. Oh, and “because it uses practically no electricity, you’ll never need to turn it off.” (Now there’s an ecological sentiment.) Display it right alongside your favorite singing fish wall plaque and/or fake fiber-optic flowers.
