LG Debuts Energy Saving Appliances

Stove-top ranges, wall ovens, warming drawers, microwave ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers, washers and dryers–if you’re in the market for an energy efficient, ultra-premium appliance, LG would like you to know about its new Studio Series.

All of these appliances are Energy Star qualified, and have been designed to help you reinvent your style at home (not to mention help you cook those sophisticated dishes you’ve seen on TV) with “chic design and professional-grade features.”

LG’s Studio Series counter-depth refrigerators are available in 4-door, 3-door, and side-by-side configurations and incorporate LG’s extra-tall ice and water dispensing center. (Though according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, you’ll save a considerable amount of energy by disabling that ice-maker and going with the old ice-cube tray instead.) Like the entire Studio Series line, it’s decked out in brushed stainless steel–so if you happen to purchase the built-in wall convection oven, for example, as well, you can rest assured that your appliances will match.

The regular LG Studio Series oven/ranges feature an eye-catching, bright blue interior; one model even makes use of a double oven, allowing users to cook two dishes at the same time at different temperatures.

More about the LG Studio Series is available online.

It is surprising that people still look at Solar Power and Wind Power for their energy solution in the home when new technologies make everything much simpler and a lot cheaper!
