Toyota luxury brand Lexus recently announced it will unveil its new LF-Gh hybrid concept at this year’s New York International Auto Show. The car’s name standards for Lexus Future Grand Touring Hybrid, and so far little other details have been released.
The hybrid concept will be a luxury sedan, that much is known, but the company seems to be waiting until later this month to say another more. Lexus did, however, provide teaser images of the LF-Gh, such as the one below.
Lexus notes of the hybrid design that it “hints at [the] new face of of Lexus vehicles” via its “aggressive and ‘bold’ spindle front grille. It also believes of this new concept that it “advances notions of premium luxury.”
We recently reported that Toyota hybrids topped 3 million cumulative sales, and it appears the auto maker is looking to continue expansion of luxury models as well as more affordable vehicles. But even a high-end brand like Lexus is looking to lower prices, as we’ve recently covered the CT 200h that starts at under $30,000.
