Earthscan iPhone App Sports Eco Content

Exclusive eco-content, at your fingertips–that’s what a new app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch called Earthscan is offering the tech-forward and sustainable minded.

The application features multimedia content on topics ranging from climate change to corporate social responsibility to environmental technology. This comes to you in the form of Earthscan’s “acclaimed series of web seminars presented by the top names in sustainability from around the world,” as well as the latest articles from Blogging for a Sustainable Future, a diverse community of bloggers, which includes recognized authors and scholars.

The app also keeps users up-to-date on environmental developments via a news feed that collates Earthscan’s Twitter and Facebook posts, as well as an online Events Diary calender highlighting a wide range of conferences, lectures, workshops and book launches focused around sustainability worldwide.
