Thanks For Making 2009 A Great Start For Us @ EarthTechling

We here at EarthTechling want to thank you, our readers, for making the first several months of our online presence a wonderful growing experience. We came quietly out of the gates September 1st after several months of Web site development. We are happy to say we’ve seen a steady growth of traffic since that time, allowing us to bring on an extra writer so we can produce more content each day. Increased traffic from social media sites like Reddit and Care2, plus recent inclusion as a news source in Google News, are skyrocketing us faster than we could have dreamed possible.

2009, in the time we’ve been covering green technology, showcased great potential for future development of products and services which will help make our planet a better place to live. Solar power, wind power and other advancements in renewable energies hold worthy promise, while a continued increase in the unveiling of green gadgets, computers and electronics show, at least to some extent, that manufacturers realize they can make more green by making their products greener. Eco tech is also advancing in the home as well as greener modes of transportation.

We look forward to producing for you an increasing amount of news stories and original content as we move forward into 2010, starting with on the ground coverage of green technology at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas next week. From all of us here at EarthTechling, we wish you a happy and safe New Year.
